Placing an order

To place an order, please provide the following documents and contact information to our email bayer@GDT.Life:

1. Documents of the legal entity (customer) from whom the goods will be ordered;

2. Contact information: contact person, phone number and email address;

3. Application with a list of required goods indicating the desired price;

4. Written confirmation, in any form, of consent to the processing of the provided data;

5. Fill out the KUS form (pass client verification).

We do not consider applications without answers to points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Applications are accepted exclusively from legal entities, B2B format.

Please note that the selection of goods is charged from $400 for the first batch +% of the order.
